This course provides methods to audit Management Systems based on the ISO 19011 (Guideline for Auditing Management Systems) requirements for use with any Management System standard (ISO, IATF, AS, etc.) . The course is designed for those participants that are new to internal auditing, are currently performing internal audits or process owners / personnel responsible for managing any Management System audit process.
The Participant will gain an understanding and application for: audit planning, performing and conduct audits, audit reporting, documenting and addressing audit findings and integrated systems auditing. Some topics and techniques included: process approach, risk-based auditing, audit resource planning, assessment skills (interviewing and communication), documenting assessment findings, corrective action effectiveness process, auditing integrated management systems, etc.

Note that this training should be taken with the associated Management System Scheme (eg. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, etc.) related overview training.
